She is survived by: her husband Joseph Carter, Sr.; her son Joseph Carter, Jr. of Glenville, PA; her brothers, William (Barbara Bosley), John (Jean Bosley) and James Bosley of Westminster; and her grandchildren, Clarence Hawkins Jr. of Westminster, Maleah Wess of New Windsor, Brittany Engelmeier of South Carolina and Joseph Carter III of Westminster. She is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
