She is survived by: her children, Anthony, Judy Frisby of Taneytown, MD, Theresa, Charles Stanton of Frederick, MD, Thomas Magruder Jr. of Hanover, PA, Janet, Rodney Freeman of Reisterstown, MD, Veronica Magruder of Owings Mills, MD, Lamont "Chris" Magruder of Westminster, MD, Tracey Outen of Augusta, GA, John Outen of Washington, DC, Danielle Outen of Philadelphia, PA and Keisha Outen of Philadelphia, PA; and her siblings, Dorothy Thornton of Union Bridge, Francis Daughton of Frederick, MD, Charlotte, Wayne Willis of Taylorsville, MD and John Frisby of Westminster, MD.. She is also survived by 16 Grandchildren and 24 Great Grandchildren.
