It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Ann Mills of Westminster, Maryland, who passed away on February 14, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Pinkie Bankert (Moore) and Alton N. Bankert; her spouse Russell K. Mills, Jr.; her brothers, Alton N. Bankert, Jr. and G. Raymond Bankert; her great grandchild Joel Alton Wantz; and her sister-in-law Mary Ann Mills Ripley.
She is survived by: her children, Pamela S. Bowers (Dennis Sr.) of Westminster, Brenda L. Stambaugh (Ralph) of Westminster, Russell K. Mills III (Karen) of Fort Myers, FL, Donald E. Mills of Westminster, Ronald C. Mills (Natalie Brown) of Walkersville and Leonard A. Mills (Dawn) of Union Bridge; her half-brother Terry Lee Petry (Vicki); her grandchildren, Dennis Bowers Jr. (Amy), Matthew Bowers (Shannon), Russell Kerr Mills IV (Kimberly), Kelly Hutchinson (Nathan), Sarah Stockman (Trevor), Ralph Stambaugh III (Helen), Andrew Stambaugh (Christina), Carie Ritz (Zach), Kasper Mills (Kirby), Collin Mills, Nicole Hayes (Chris), Ashley Smigovsky (Jonathan), Elaine Wantz (Brad) and Nicholas Mills; and her siblings-in-law, Dolores Bankert of Westminster and Charles Mills (Pat) of Culpeper, VA.. She is also survived by 31 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
