She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie Frederick and Dorothy Hamilton Gladden (Marsh); her son John Ronald Mercer, Jr.; and her brother Wayne Gladden. She is survived by: her husband John Ronald Mercer; her children, Denny Wayne Mercer (Donna) and Brooke Diane Farrell (Jim); and her sister Carole Rothstein of Baltimore. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren.
