He was predeceased by: his parents, William Arthur and Helen E. Miller of Taneytown. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn S. Miller of Westminster; his children, Arthur E. Miller, Jr. (Phyllis) of Hanover, PA., Patti Brant (William) and Annie Fetterhoff (David) of Westminster; his grandchildren, Brady Miller (Ellen), Duane G. Brant, Jr. (DJ), Dylan Brant, Brenton Miller (Jessica), Emma Fetterhoff and Caleb Fetterhoff; his great grandchildren, Caden, Brylee and Brynleigh Miller; his siblings, Robert B. (Jeannie Miller) of Westminster and Doris (James Buffington) of New Windsor; and his sister-in-law Genevieve Miller of Taneytown. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
