He was predeceased by: his father David Smith. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Anne Smith (Hogan); his mother Lillie Arras Rhoades; his stepfather Leslie Rhoades; his daughters, Kelly Smith and Chrissy Smith; and his siblings, Stacey Kropp (Brian) of Westminster and CJ Rhoades (Pam) of York, PA. He is also survived by his mother in-law, his many brother in-laws and sister in-laws and all his nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations, in Tony's memory to St. John Lutheran Church, 226 Washburn Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21225 would be appreciated.
