She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Raymond and Ida Mariah Reiner (Bressler). She is survived by: her husband John K. Carl; her daughters, Deborah Williams of Davidsonville and Diane Tucker of Rising Sun; and her grandchildren, Kristen Paladino, John Williams, Amy Scott and Evan Tucker. She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
