She was predeceased by: her parents, Edmund Fischer and Johanna Steidten Fischer; her spouse Neuman E. Bankert, Sr.; her son Terry Bankert; and her siblings, Walter Fischer, Bernhardt Fischer, Frederick Fischer, Kurt Fischer, Louisa Kunze, Rosa Stacey, Esther Sutherland and Maria Reiss.
She is survived by: her children, Neuman E. Bankert, Jr. (Jo Ann) of Columbia, MD and Susan; her grandchildren, Melissa Talbot (Aaron), Matthew Bankert (Bethany), Melody Montrie (Robert), Mark Bankert (Heather), Bethany and Scott (Sara); her great grandchildren, Wesley, Vivienne, Maxwell and Calvin Talbot; her grandchildren, Laura, Anna, Rebecca Bankert, Zachary, Lucas, Aiden Montrie, Louisa Bankert, Wyatt and Theodore; and her stepgreat-granddaughters, Savannah and Evangeline Vance.
