He is survived by: his mother Eula "Viola" Hauler; his former wife Vicki Norris of Hampstead; his sons, Cru Lewis of Hampstead and Andrew Norris of Silver Run; his sisters, Mary Parsons (Jim) and Susan Lockard; and his grandchildren, Easton and Greyson.
