He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Phillips, Sr., Lucille Gamber, Arthur, Jr. and Luella Martz Stem. He is survived by: his parents, William Alan (Butch) and LuAnn Gamber (Stem); his daughter Jocelyn Rebekah Gamber; the mother of his child Jessica Long; and his brother William Alan Gamber, Jr. (Billy). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
