He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Bernard Cook and Evelyn Thomas Cook. He is survived by: his wife Claudia Nelson Cook; his children, Connor Cook of Westminster and Bailey Cook of Rockville; and his siblings, Stephen Cook (Marlena) of Morrisville, NC and Beverly Wright of San Francisco, CA..
