He was predeceased by: his wife Joan Marie Overholtz; and his son David Allen Overholtz. He is survived by: his brother David F. Overholtz of Scranton, PA; his daughters, Susan J. Jaeger (Alan) of Westminster and Jean L. Hill (Brenda Hymiller) of Sykesville; and his grandsons, Michael C. Hill, Jr., Alan Jaeger, Jr., Benjamin Jaeger, Steven Taylor, James Taylor and Joseph Taylor. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
