It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Allan Edward Baugher (Westminster, Maryland), who passed away on February 26, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Edward and Romaine Baugher; his wife Marjorie Hull Baugher; his children, Kay Ripley, Ted (Lynn Forman), Nathan Baugher, Kevin (Lorraine Jones) and Dwight (Allison Baugher); and his siblings, Dan Baugher, Miriam Helton and Dottie Dunn.
