In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Alfred Jerry had on those he encountered along his journey. Though Alfred Jerry may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Urbine Alfred and Delphie Bailey; his wife Mary Kathryn Bailey (Amick); his daughter Michelle A. (Brian M. Singer) of Supply, NC; his daughter-in-law Cris M. Bailey of Westminster; and his brother Brian Bailey. He was also cherished by 6 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the American Legion (2 Sycamore St, Westminster, MD 21157). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 2:30 PM to 2:45 PM at the Maryland Veteran Cemetery (11501 Garrison Forest Rd, Owings Mills, MD 21117).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his name to America's Warriors, 255 Clifton Blvd., Suite 313, Westminster, MD 21157.
