He is survived by: his children, Wayne Murray Hipsley (Angie) of Taneytown and Donna Marie Hipsley Wilhelm (Glen) of New Freedom, PA; his grandchildren, Kary, Logan, Blake, Parker and Paige; his great-niece Sue; his nephews, Preston, Kenny and Steven; and his close friend Pattie Shaub of Westminster.
