He is survived by: his spouse Gerlinde Pflaumer-Yeater; his brother Dennis (Judy Yeater); his niece Amy McChillan; his stepson Neal Cox (Ruthie); his stepgrandchildren, Kristie Guyton, Blair Simmons, Wesley Cox and Sarah Cox; and his brother-in-law Wulf-Heinz Pflaumer.
