With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shelby J. Walls of Westernport, Maryland, born in Williamsburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 25, 2022 at the age of 86. She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Riley and Viola Riley (Reigh); and her brothers, David Riley, William Riley and Michael Riley.

She is survived by: her husband Richard D. Walls; her children, Timothy D. Walls (Lori), Kelly M. Blank (Ken) and Susan A. "Mandy" Woodard (Terry) of Charlotte, NC; her sister-in-law Patty Riley of Williamsburg, PA; her grandchildren, Joshua Woodard, Joanna and Jayce Walls; and her daughters, Bev Melmed and Julie Laffey.
