He is survived by: his children, Rebecca Lupis (Frederick) of Westernport, Monica Ziler of Westernport, Milburn Ziler, Jr. (Amber) of Lonaconing, MD, Daisy Wilkins (Joseph) of Westernport, James Ziler, Sr. (Krystal) of Westernport and Rodney Ziler of Westernport; his brother Timothy Ziler; and his grandchildren, Billie Lupis, Zachery Lupis, Bryson Wilkins, Joella Wilkins, Makayla Ziler, Bradley Ziler, Marissa Ziler, James Ziler, Jr., Dalihia Ziler and Hayley Baker.
