He is survived by: his daughters, Renae Fazenbaker (Chris English-Ramsay) of Piedmont, WV and Ashley Warner (Jason) of Piedmont, WV; his grandchildren, Thomas, Makena, Clayton, Nathan, Jaslyn, Wyatt and Alexis; his siblings, Greg Fazenbaker (Sarah) of Piedmont and Annie Starkey of Keyser, WV; his nieces and nephews, Erica, Kiersten, Kandi, Kyleigh, Eric and Landon; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Tiana, Izzy, Elizabeth, Jose, Alex and Thomas; and his close friend Rita Broadwater of Westernport.
