He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul O'Neil and Joyce O'Neil (Raines); and his sister Kimberly Kyle. He is survived by: his wife Melody O'Neil (Evans); his children, Melody Renee O'Neil (Mike Galdi), James Paul O'Neil, Jr. (Jesse) and Pamela Ann O'Neil; his sisters, Lisa Kay Green (Robert) and Donna Shaffer; his brother-in-law William Kyle; and his close friend Ruger. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
