He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Henry Bonney and Frances Porter (McConnell); and his brother Robert David Bonney. He is survived by: his wife Betty M. Bonney (Bittinger); his son William Arnold Moreland, Jr. of Petersburg, WV; his grandchildren, Roman Aldrick Moreland of Moorefield, WV, Samantha Hughes of Romney, WV, Norris Moreland of Petersburg, Liam White of Petersburg, Ember Moreland of Petersburg and Felicia Moreland of Petersburg; his great grandchildren, Jaxson Calvin Moreland, Emma Hughes and Wyatt Hughes; his half-brother John Porter of Cumberland, MD; and his sister Alice Sowers of Martinsburg, WV. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and brothers and sisters-in-law.
