He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas S. Kinnie and Betty A. Kinnie (Price); and his siblings, Terry Kinnie, Scottie Kinnie and Carolyn "Susie" Long.
He is survived by: his siblings, Brenda VanMeter of Westernport, MD, John Kinnie (Sheila) of Gilmore, MD and Steven Kinnie (Debbie) of Keyser. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, grand nieces and nephews and great grand nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Smith Funeral Home ~ Keyser Chapel (85 S Main St, Keyser, WV 26726). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
