She was predeceased by: her parents, Owen Kelly and Laura Kelly (Dawson); her sons, Eric Hartman and Charles "Butch" Hartman; and her brother Joseph Kelly.
She is survived by: her children, Constance Hartman of Knoxville, TN, Joseph P. Hartman of Cleveland, OH, Loretta Hitt (Mark) of Keyser, WV, Betty Hartman (Gilbert Knotts) of Westernport, Natalie Martin (Chris Jenkins) of Westernport and Todd Hartman of Burlington, WV. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren; and ten great great grandchildren.
