He was predeceased by: his father Ronald Benton; and his brothers, Eric, Stuart and Steven Benton. He is survived by: his mother Maxine Benton of Wenona; his children, Larry Benton, Jr. of Spokane, WA and Casie Benton of Princess Anne, MD; his niece Leslie Benton; and his great-niece Faith Seawright. He is also survived by uncle, and several aunts and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Larry Benton Sr. Memorial Fund, C/O Casie Benton at Hebron Savings Bank.
