He was predeceased by: his father John Francis Mullins, II; his daughter Shelby Mullins; and his brothers, John Francis Mullins, III and Mark Mullins. He is survived by: his mother Bernice Mullins (Pettoruto); his wife Amy Lynn Mullins; his children, Jacob Gordon (Karen), Maddilynn Mullins and Noah Mullins; his siblings, Brian Mullins and Theresa Shorey (Les); and his grandchildren, Lexi, Mia, Jacob, Kenley and Kane. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made payable to, "Amyloidosis Foundation" and send in care of the of the funeral home.
