He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Franklin Fogle and Virginia Mae Rippeon Fogle; and his siblings, Betty Brashears, Patsy Dutrow, Doris Horman and Harvey "Binks" Fogle Jr..
He is survived by: his spouse Shirley E. Fogle; his children, Thomas W. Fogle Jr. (Connie) of Walkersville and Elaine Troxell (Brian) of Walkersville; his grandchildren, Jessica Troxell, Kimberly Appleby (Brad), Katelynne Troxell and Thomas W. Fogle III; his great grandchildren, Bryan Littleton (Ty), Tyler Appleby, Lexy Appleby and Ruebie DeVine; and his siblings, Sandy Dayhoff, Ella Faye Mumma, Diane Brown and Charles Fogle. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
