The memory of Thomas Winfield Fogle Sr. of Walkersville, Maryland, who passed away on January 12, 2025 at the age of 93, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Franklin Fogle and Virginia Mae Rippeon Fogle; and his siblings, Betty Brashears, Patsy Dutrow, Doris Horman and Harvey "Binks" Fogle Jr..
He is survived by: his spouse Shirley E. Fogle; his children, Thomas W. Fogle Jr. (Connie) of Walkersville and Elaine Troxell (Brian) of Walkersville; his grandchildren, Jessica Troxell, Kimberly Appleby (Brad), Katelynne Troxell and Thomas W. Fogle III; his great grandchildren, Bryan Littleton (Ty), Tyler Appleby, Lexy Appleby and Ruebie DeVine; and his siblings, Sandy Dayhoff, Ella Faye Mumma, Diane Brown and Charles Fogle. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hartzler Funeral Home (11802 Liberty Rd, Frederick, MD 21701). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Hartzler Funeral Home-Libertytown (11802 Liberty Rd, Frederick, MD 21701).
