It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Barber (Walkersville, Maryland), born in Frederick, Maryland, who passed away on December 18, 2018, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Lewis Sheridan Barber and Verna Davis Barber; her brother Robert S. Barber; and her nephew Blair S. Barber.
