It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Patrick Downs (Walkersville, Maryland), born in Olney, Maryland, who passed away on July 7, 2019, at the age of 31, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his stepfather John H. Digges, Jr.. He is survived by: his parents, John Patrick Downs and Kimberly Digges; his stepfather Frank Manning; his siblings, Perry "Chris" Downs and Carolyn Williford (Jeff) of Walkersville; his niece Charlotte Williford; his stepsister Caitlin Digges; and his friend Alex Fite. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins including his aunt.
