He was predeceased by: his parent Emory Scott; and his siblings, Charles Beall, Herman Beall, William Beall and Mary Hahn.

He is survived by: his parent Gertrude W. Bostian Beall; his spouse Ann Plunkard Beall; his children, Richard A., Amy Beall of Harney, George P. Jr., Daniel E., Jacquelyn Beall of Boonsboro, Sheila J., Terry Green of Gettysburg, PA, Mike W. Fritz of Beaver Dam, VA, Kerry A. and Aaron Clutter of Thurmont; and his siblings, Ray A. Beall, Nancy Purdum of Keymar and Marlene Purdum of Murfreesboro, TN.
