She was predeceased by: her spouse Robert Joseph "Joey" Jackson; and her parent George Francis. She is survived by: her parent Evelyn Dow Quinn; her children, Natalie M. Ganley (Sean), Matthew J. Jackson (Kimberly) and Bridgett Jackson (Mark Whalen); her grandchildren, Chase, Audrey, Austin, Anna, Claire, Kaydance and Lakin; and her siblings, Kathleen Quinn-Wild, David Quinn (Betsy), Jeffrey Quinn, Terry Quinn (Doris), Mark Quinn (Mary Ellen), Janine Quinn (David Fralio), Marcy Quinn, Maureen Quinn and Michael Quinn (Sara).
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in her memory to the Kline Hospice House, in C/O Frederick County Hospice, P. O. Box 1799.
