She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Trout and Hallie Trout; her husband LaVerne of Haugh's Church; and her siblings, Helen Freeze (Harold) and Richard Trout (Kathleen).
She is survived by: her daughters, Beverly Schroeder of Frederick, MD and Janice Rixey (Rodney) of Midlothian, VA.; her grandchildren, Julie Fernandes (Peter) of Ijamsville, MD, Amanda Trostle (Nick) of Columbus, OH, Alex Rixey of Washington, DC and Kyle Rixey (Emily) of Midlothian, VA.; and her siblings, Harriet Loose of Gettysburg, PA., Charles Trout (Anna Mae) and Harry Trout (Leona). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Paul's Lutheran Church of Walkersville.
