It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daniel McCabe of Walkersville, Maryland, who passed away on June 7, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Amy McCabe; his children, Robert McCabe (Hannah) and Kendrick McCabe; his siblings, Michael McCabe (Susan), Duncan McCabe (Laura) and Gail Baldwin (James); his pets, Lilly and Iris; and his parents, Hugh McCabe and Patsy McCabe. He was also cherished by his nieces and nephews.
Through his work, he traveled the world and played a part in many historic events, including the rebuilding of Iraq after the Second Gulf War and the development of a vaccine for COVID-19.
