She was predeceased by: her husband Anthony Grant Buttry Lowe, Sr.; her parents, Herman Leroy, Sr. and Mary Lee Thompson Reed; her grandson Grant; her great grandchild Tarah; and her brothers, Wayne Malcom, Sr. and Kelvin Reed.
She is survived by: her children, Anthony Grant Lowe, Jr. (Jessica Crawford) of Poolesville, Brandi Dee Lambright (William Lease, Jr) of Dickerson, Jake Lee Lowe (Karrie Crawford) of Dickerson and Debra Fraley (Wayne) of Dickerson; her grandchildren, Jeffrey, Anthony, Wesley, Richard, Timothy, Jacob, Evelyn, Jake, Lita, Travis, Jenny, Amber, Branden, Kayla, Savannah, Hannah, Dustin, Matthew, Alexis, Cameran and Jaxton; her great grandchildren, Stephen, Sarah, Paisley, Hayden, Aurora and Kinsley; and her siblings, Patricia Hamby, Herman Leroy, Jr., Benjamin Melvin, Arthur Patrick, Michael, Pamela Reed, Victoria Andrews and Beverly Stitely. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
