He was predeceased by: his wife Jane. He is survived by: his daughter Tawnya; his grandchildren, Hannah, Alex (Cristy Reagan) and David; his great grandchild Theo; his sister Beverly; his brother-in-law Ellis Berkebile; his nephew Dennis Berkebile; and his niece Kathy Berkebile.
