Gracie Marie Howard Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Gracie Marie Howard of Waldorf, Maryland, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 8, 2025 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Wayne Adkins and Evelyn Marie Adkins (Bowie); her husband Russell Thaddeus Howard Jr.; her siblings, Wayne Adkins and Betty Perrie; and her son-in-law Kevin Bruffy.
She is survived by: her children, Russell T. Howard III (Dorothy), Michael Howard (Sandy), Duke Howard, Harold Howard, Harrison Howard, Hope Middleton (Greg), Lynn Shepard (Pat), Leigh Keyes (Chris) and Heather Howard; her sisters, Mary Gilroy and Dorothy Mako; and her sister-in-law Barbara Adkins. She is also survived by her numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM at the Brinsfield Funeral Home (30195 Three Notch Rd, Charlotte Hall, MD 20622). A prayer will be held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the St. Peter's Cemetery (3320 St Peters Dr, Waldorf, MD 20601). A procession will be held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at the same location.
