She was predeceased by: her parents, Annie Marie Fulford and Walter Joseph Fulford. She is survived by: her former husband Arthur Leroy Davis; her husband Alexander Richard Parker; her sisters, Lucy Henry and Mamie Black; her daughters, Audre Davis of Towson and Ericka Parker of Baltimore; her siblings, Walter Fulford (Ophelia) of Beaufort, Samuel Fulford (Doris) of Beaufort and Inez Haskins (Ray) of Brooklyn; and her grandsons, Jamal Price and Javier Vasquez of White Plains, Maryland.. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

A celebration of life was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Thornton Funeral Home (3439 Livingston Rd, Indian Head, MD 20640). A burial was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Maryland Veteran Cemetery (11301 Crain Hwy, Cheltenham, MD 20623).
