It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elmer Brown of Waldorf, Maryland, who passed away on August 25, 2021, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Catherine Arminta Brown and James Ricahard Brown Sr.; and his great-nephew DeVonte Baker. He is survived by: his son Fabian Brown; his siblings, Nancy Dyeann Chase (Robert), James Jr. (Frances), David "Lionel" (Rose) and Pamela Yates (Jerome); his aunts, Agnes "Betty" Barnes (James) and Cynthia; his uncle Leo; his nieces and nephews, Darrell Chase, Davon Knott (Nicole), Steven Jackson, Jerel Yates, Alex Pickeral, Felicia Montgomery (Troy), Donna Peoples (Kevin), Shawnte Chase, Khiana (Gill) of Washington, Jasmine Yates, Kristie Proctor (Malcolm) and Kandy Handy (Calvin); and his close friends, Thomas Yates and Neil Proctor. He is also survived by great nieces, great nephews, family and friends.
