He was predeceased by: his parents, Marguerite Jones and Theodore Roosevelt Waller of Vienna, Maryland.; and his aunts and uncles, Gertrude, Mary, Clementine, Catherine, Freddy, Johnny, Orville, Clarence and Thomas.
He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline; his sons, Oliver Jr. and Kevin James; his brother Robert "Bird" Jackson (Joyce); his uncle Harold Jackson (Vivian); his grandchildren, Michele Wright (Avery), Cameron Dutton and Ian Dutton; his brother Edward Bland; and his close friends, Alfred Hutt (Olivia) and Billy Dennis (Cecelia). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
