James Spicer Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Spicer (Vienna, Maryland), who passed away on September 7, 2018, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lingan Leon Spicer and Mary Bradshaw Spicer; his brother Barton (Becky); and his sister-in-law Nancy Spicer. He is survived by: his daughter Jamie S. Willey (Tim); his stepson Mark Elliott (Mary Ann); his granddaughter Shelby Lynn Trice; and his siblings, Mary Etta Creighton (Robert) and William Spicer. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
