It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gene Spear of Vienna, Maryland, who passed away on October 18, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alton H Spear and Delema C. Spear; his wife Mary Frances Phillips; his son Gene C. Spear, Jr. (Charlene); his brother Bobby; and his great grandchild Crew Helgason.
He is survived by: his significant other Marynan; his children, Cynthia McFarlane (Jimmy), Christy Helgason (Hilmar) and Carla Gebert (Ted Bryant); and his sisters-in-law, Lois Baumgartner and Sally Weber. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
Social distancing and face coverings will be required.
