He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Luke Roche, Sr. and Mabel Lorey Roche (Chew); his brothers, Edward "Eddie" Griffin, Lawrence "Larry" Roche and John "Franny" Roche; and his daughter-in-law Tina Roche (Biggs).

He is survived by: his siblings, James "Jimmy" Griffin, Vivian Worch (Chris) of Leonardtown, MD and Ellen Libertine of Ketchum, ID.; his wife Patricia "Pat" Ann Roche (Hollabaugh); his children, Patty Raley (Francis), Vincent Roche and Christine Hill (Ricky); his grandchildren, Alicia Norris (Matt Hartman), Andrew Mattingly IV, Craig Hill (Ashley Hitt), Tiffany Hill (Cameron Danchik) and Katie Hill (Mikey Latham); and his great grandchildren, Dakota, Charlotte, Ryler, Andrew, Jaelyne, Jaidyn, Kaylee and Mason.
