James Bailey Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Bailey of Valley Lee, Maryland, who passed away on July 2, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of James Bailey to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Bailey and Mary Ruby Rock; his former wife Leatrice Joy Fritz Bailey; his sister Katherine Sopchick; his brother-in-law Eugene Sopchick (Sop) of Silver Spring, MD; and his stepfather Harold Rolfe.
He is survived by: his children, Joseph Bailey (Beverly) of Tall Timbers, MD, Jean Bailey (John Nicholas) of Laurel, MD and Susan Bailey of Jacksonville, NC; his nephews, Michael Sopchick (AnnMarie) of Crofton, MD and Steve Sopchick (Kathy) of Ellicott City, MD; and his niece Tracy Sopchick of Denver, CO.. He is also survived by grandchildren, five (5) great-grandchildren.
The family asks that everyone be mindful of Covid protocols and keep a proper distance.
