She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles B. Harvey and Rachel Hollis Harvey; her stepdaughters, Shirley Talbott and Sharon Osborn; and her nephew Gary Bosley.
She is survived by: her husband George D. Osborn; her sister Helen Hines; her son-in-law Wayne Talbott, Sr.; her grandchildren, Tammy Talbott Tricario and Wayne Talbott, Jr. (Sonia); her great grandchildren, Elizabeth Tricario, Dixie and Wyatt Talbott; her niece Joan Cregar; and her great-nephews, Matthew Cregar (Katie) and Timothy Cregar (Dawn).
