He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Monroe Wolbert and Ruby Wolbert (Mancha) of Virginia; his wife Willa Mae Frances Wolbert; his son Roy Michael Wolbert; and his siblings, Allen Wolbert, Greta Lang and Joyce Sterner.
He is survived by: his children, Michele Hall (Donald) of Taneytown, Mark Louis Wolbert (Debbie) of Hampstead and Tammy Quintrell (Keith) of Boring; his grandchildren, Amber, Christopher, Kevin, Tiffani, Amanda, Carolyn and Ethan; and his brother Carl Lee Wolbert of Upperco. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
