Morrell E. Blizzard Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Morrell E. Blizzard of Upperco, Maryland, who passed away on April 1, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Morrell E. had on those he encountered along his journey. Though Morrell E. may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe Blizzard and Oneida Blizzard (Sykes); and his wife Dorothy V. Blizzard. He is survived by: his children, Gail M Blizzard-Hale of Upperco, MD and Morrell E. "Jake" Blizzard, Jr.; his grandson Timothy Blizzard; and his great grandchildren, Bryce M. Blizzard and Austin Blizzard.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Upperco Volunteer Fire Company Activities Building (16020 Carnival Ave, Upperco, MD 21155). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
