She was predeceased by: her parents, William A. Fowble, Jr. and Mary Virginia Hale Fowble; and her husband Raymond Daniel Heiss, Jr.. She is survived by: her family, Cindy Freet (Jack) of Hanover, PA, Matt and Melissa Ross; her half-brother William A. Fowble, III of Upperco, MD; and also, Maddy and Aiden of New Oxford, PA.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Eckhardt Funeral Chapel, P. A. Tuesday (3296 Charmil Dr, Manchester, MD 21102). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
