He is survived by: his wife Celeste Walsh Woodring of Upperco, MD; his children, Jeffrey B. Woodring of Hampstead, MD, Suzanne G. Anderson of New Market, MD and Rebecca L. Young of Littlestown, PA; and his stepchildren, Kristen Haegerich of Hampstead, MD and Jordan Haegerich of Hampstead, MD. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
