It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brenda Paige Finnegan of Upperco, Maryland, born in Tappahannock, Virginia, who passed away on April 5, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Elliott and Norma Elliott (Barker); her son Timothy John Finnegan; and her daughter-in-law Lisa Gayle Finnegan. She is survived by: her husband James Phillip Finnegan; her daughters, Donna Gail Meekins (Duane) and Ellen Leigh Boone (John); her grandchildren, Patrick (Brittany), Caitlin (Justin), Shane (Kirsten), Travis (Bria), Brian and Matthew (Gillian); and her great grandchildren, Brielle, Carson, Joey, Maddison, Lennon, Elliot, Maeve and Maxie.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are suggested to the Mt. Zion United Methodist Church, 3800 Black Rock Road, Upperco, MD 21155.
