She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Armacost and Hazel Armacost of Upperco, MD; her husband Robert Dell; and her daughter Brenda Lee Dell. She is survived by: her children, Joann Mcgee, Kimberly Eckhardt (Brian Owings), Tammy Palmer (Charlie) and Brian Dell (Debbi); and her grandchildren, Samantha, Ali, Derek, Kyle, Cassidy and Clayton. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
