She was predeceased by: her father James Adkins; and her son Julien Hackley. She is survived by: her mother Agnes Wingfield Price; her children, Kristin Shazor (Carl), Fletcher Moses, Janel Hackley and Karleigh; her goddaughter Mineeya; her uncles, Edward (Janice) and David (Dorothy); and her friend Moses. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
